Our hope is that the Pagan Public Art Project will become a collaborative effort featuring artwork from all of our various traditions and locales. Currently our content is limited to the San Francisco Bay Area. If you wish to see Pagan art from your area featured on these pages all you have to do is send us a picture, its location, the name of the work and the artist (if possible) and a name to credit the photo. In keeping with our mission please observe the following:
- the artwork is in a public place or in a publicly accessible place
- is of a somewhat permanent nature, i.e. sculpture, mural, graffiti-art, cement-etching, as opposed to temporary
- the artwork is PAGAN either explicitly or implicitly. Our working definition of Pagan is any of the following:
- Earth-based or affirming - that honors the natural cycles of Earth and Nature or of life and death
Please do not send in photos found on the internet or that were taken by people other than yourself. Your photo remains yours and we will NOT sell it nor forward it nor use it to sell stuff without your express permission. Include your name to have it credited. You can contact us here or at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or comments.
